Can I do time registration on mobile?

Yes. It's not a standard feature, but Powerblox provides a Business App for it. Check out the Business Apps section on our website for more info.

Can I access data and reports on my tablet and smartphone?

Yes. The application is compatible with all main browsers. The mobile version offers a consistent experience across Windows, Android, and iOS devices. It covers both tablets and smartphones.

Can I create reporting updates for my customer?

Yes. We have a report pack available to provide you with clear overviews of the projects' budget status. This report can be sent to your customers. 

Can I customize the reporting lay-out?

Yes. The report packs that are foreseen in Power BI or Jet Reports are customizable. These are not standard features, but Powerblox provides Business Apps for it. Check out the Business Apps section on our website for more info.

Can I automate my sales invoices based on cost and time registration?

Yes. Reminders can be fully automated and automation rules can be customized. 

Will customers get reminders if they don't pay on time?

Does Business Central integrate with Excel?

Yes. Business Central works seamlessly with several of the Office 365 apps. You can get customer insights, create quotes, orders, and invoices, all from within Outlook. You can open and edit Word files from within Business Central and directly modify data entries with Excel

Will I still be able to follow up on existing project?

Yes. When migrating your data, all ongoing projects will be imported, and you will be able to follow up deliveries from within Business Central.

Do I risk losing data when I change software?

That depends on how old your current software is. We advise creating a copy first before you start migrating your data.  Thanks to the integration with Office 365, you can also create and modify data entries directly with Excel.
